This is a seasonal summer position in the Denver metro area, helping set up and tear down shows
for major artists and venues like Empower Field and Ball Arena.
They start at $30.00, you can decline any shifts that you'd like, and if you only work 1 shift a
year you are still on the payroll → low commitment.
You can decline any shift they offer you, you make 1.5x after midnight, and get a 6 hour minimum.
If you do teardown at 10pm and work until 1am you get paid 4 hours OT + 2 regular (6 total)
despite working 3 hours.
If you do 2 different shifts in a single day: first shift = 6 hour minimum, second shift = 5
hour minimum.
Stipulations:
If the employee referred receives any negative points (Call Outs, NCNS, Late, etc), they are
disqualified from the program and are no longer an eligible referral.
Full-time Rhino employees are not eligible for this program.
Qualifying shifts must be within 12 months of hire.
Referring employees must be active and in good standing at time of referral and time of
reward.
